Creator inventory privacy

Hills of Venus LLC stores creator-inventory metadata only when a signed-in member saves a record. This may include an inventory number, creation date, medium, dimensions, edition, availability, an internal location label, rights-evidence and permission-reference summaries, private notes, and creation/update times.

Visibility and purpose

These records are private to the signed-in owner and authorized operators who need access for support, security, account requests, or legal obligations. They do not appear in the public gallery, public Studio, shared boards, optional analytics, advertising, or AI requests. Saving a record does not verify ownership, provide an appraisal, grant a license, publish a listing, or change the related submission.

What not to enter

Do not enter identity-document numbers, full private addresses, bank or tax information, confidential agreement text, medical information, or unpublished personal information. Record your own safe document reference and keep the original document in an appropriately secured system.

Export, correction, and deletion

You can edit or clear each record and export all inventory metadata as CSV or JSON. The complete account export also includes saved inventory records. Clearing a record removes its supplemental inventory metadata without deleting the related submission or public artwork. An approved account-deletion request includes these records, subject to required legal retention and backup lifecycles.
