PRIVACY NOTICE · SEPTEMBER 26, 2026
Hills of Venus LLC is the legal operator of this website. Sounding Line Media LLC is its holding company.

Sign-in supplies your account identifier and email to the server. The gallery stores your public display name, optional biography, adult-age declaration time, contributor status, any provider age-verification result, image submissions, rights-consent records, review history, and any reports you send. Your email is not published with artwork.
You can report safety, privacy, or copyright concerns without signing in through Report content or request removal. Reports sent by email are received in our contact mailbox, not automatically added to your account’s request history. They include your email address and any details you send and are used to assess and respond to the concern. They are not published as gallery content. Do not send intimate-image attachments or identity documents.
Hills of Venus LLC stores board names, saved public-work identifiers, private notes, and creation/update times for signed-in members. Boards start private. If you explicitly create a share link, we store its access token and anyone with the link can view the board name and current public works without signing in. Notes and account details are not shared. Links may be forwarded. Revocation prevents future access through that link but cannot recall copies already saved by recipients. Deleting a board or account removes its share link. Authorized operators may access stored data for support, security, and legal obligations; notes are not end-to-end encrypted. Avoid sensitive information. You can export boards and notes, remove saved items, or delete a board from My boards. Deleting a board deletes its stored notes and item associations, not the artwork or existing favorites. Private and shared boards are excluded from optional site measurement and AI features. Board data is retained until you delete it or your account deletion is fulfilled, subject to required legal retention and backup lifecycles.
Recently viewed is off by default. If you turn it on, this browser stores up to 12 public-work identifiers and their visit times for seven days. Expired entries are discarded when the feature next runs. Adult-area works are excluded. The list is not synced to your account or other devices, and anyone using the same browser profile may see it. Opening Recently viewed sends the saved work identifiers to this site to check current public availability; visit times remain on your device. The application does not persist these lookups as account history or send them to advertising or AI services. Hosting providers may process requests under their own policies. Your browser loads thumbnails through this site. For external catalog images, our server requests the image from its provider without copying your account cookies or visit times. Hosting infrastructure may supply technical request information, including IP addresses, to the provider; this is not an anonymous proxy. If an image cannot load, a title cover is shown. You can remove entries, clear the list, or turn it off and clear it from Recently viewed. Account deletion does not clear browser storage; clear it here or in your browser settings. This preference is separate from optional measurement consent.
We store your optional public profile, private favorites, comments and their review status, block list, community reports, and moderation history. An approved public profile displays only the name and biography you submit for publication. Approved comments display that name and a link to your profile. Email addresses, favorites, block lists, and reports are not published.
You can remove favorites, delete comments, hide your public profile, and unblock members from Community. Hiding a profile also hides its comments from public view. Account exports include community records. When a reviewer requests an AI safety check, the comment text is sent to OpenAI and the assessment is stored privately for reviewers. We do not attach account email, profile details, favorites, or block lists to that request. Personal details included in the comment itself are part of the text sent, so do not post sensitive information. AI does not decide publication. Deleting a comment also deletes its stored AI assessment from the gallery; provider processing and retention policies still apply.
Withdrawn and rejected submissions are retained for up to 180 days after a final decision. Reports, moderation history, review notes, and privacy-request records are retained for up to two years to support safety, appeals, and account requests. An age-eligibility result is retained while the account remains active and for up to 30 days after an approved account-deletion request. Hills of Venus LLC does not receive identity documents from Persona. We review these periods as the service develops and will update this notice when they materially change.
Pending, withdrawn, and rejected submissions are accessible only to their contributor and authorized reviewers. Approved artwork appears in the gallery. Public visitors can browse approved gallery content. Pending, withdrawn, and rejected submissions remain restricted.
Your browser creates a JPEG display copy and removes embedded location metadata before upload. Keep your original file. Titles and descriptions are public when approved; do not include sensitive personal information.
Optional measurement stays off until you accept. Declining does not limit gallery access. Acceptance allows aggregate site statistics and Google advertising measurement on selected public pages; Google may receive technical information such as your IP address and use measurement cookies. Advertising personalization and the Google advertising-user-data consent setting remain disabled. We do not send account identifiers, complaint details, or form contents to these measurement tools. Private account, submission, reviewer, and restricted-art pages are excluded. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days; older consent choices are requested again under this updated notice. Use “Privacy choices” in the footer to change your decision at any time. Withdrawing consent stops our event collection, clears accessible first-party measurement cookies, and reloads the page to unload Google’s code. Save unfinished work first. Withdrawal does not erase information already received by Google; we cannot clear cookies on Google’s domains. If browser storage is unavailable, optional measurement remains off.
With measurement accepted, we record aggregate page-view and selected link-action totals to understand which public pages visitors use. When a visitor arrives using an approved campaign link, we retain only the campaign platform and channel (for example, Google search or Pinterest), aggregated with the page or action. These totals do not include IP addresses, account identifiers, names, emails, individual browsing histories, or campaign IDs.
Hills of Venus LLC uses secure account sign-in and platform-managed storage and hosting. Age checks are handled by Persona through its secure verification flow. Hills of Venus LLC receives only an age-eligibility result and does not receive your identity documents, name, or date of birth from that check. Google measurement remains disabled unless you accept it through the privacy choice. When a reviewer runs an AI safety check, the submitted image, title, and description are sent to OpenAI. The gallery stores the assessment for reviewers. AI does not verify age or ownership. Hosting, authentication, age-verification, and AI providers may process data under their own policies.
When you ask the AI Gallery Guide a question, your question and a selection of public artwork descriptions are sent to OpenAI. We do not send your account email or private submissions with that question. Questions and answers stay in the current page’s memory and are not saved by the gallery; leaving or refreshing clears them. We store daily request counts against your account to limit usage. Requests use OpenAI’s store:false setting; provider processing and retention policies still apply. Avoid including sensitive personal information.
You can download your account data or submit a private privacy or deletion request. Requests are reviewed; submitting one does not automatically erase data.
