In 1939 the Print Club of Cleveland established a memorial collection for Donald Gray, president of the Club 1933–34. Since Mr. Gray was a landscape architect and author of the “Daily Garden” column for The Cleveland Press, a now defunct newspaper, the choice of 15 prints and one drawing of flower and fruit subjects was an appropriate tribute.
